What is a lightform?
We call the images we create Lightforms. They are created in the aspect ratio of 24 to 15. You can see them here on our main site.

You don’t have the lightform I want on the item I want!
We have to manually create each product that is for sale. This is a manual process that takes time. We have created some we think people will like, and others that people request. You can request your own unique creation! Use our contact page to send us an email requesting a specific lightform be used (tell us the lightform number, click here to view them all) and tell us the exact item you want to purchase it on. If the item has color or size options then include that too. We will create this item for you and email you when it has been created so that you can verify it looks good, you can then order it. Are you making these items yourself?
No, we have partnered with Printful.com to create most of the items. They specialize in printing on many types of clothing and other items. They have distribution centers in multiple countries to make delivery faster to your part of the world. This is the perfect partnership, we can keep making awesome lightforms and content and they can use their expertise to print them out for us and our customers. For a few items we may outsource to a different company if Printful does not create that item.

How are these shipped?
Shipping prices are set by Printful.com or other printing companies, you can view their listed prices here. We charge the exact amount they charge for shipping. Prices start at $3.99. Items are normally sent via USPS here in the United States, but the printing company may choose an alternate carrier at their discretion.

How long does it take to receive my items?
All items are created on demand, we don’t have a stock of items. It generally takes 1-2 weeks for the items to be created, and then shipping is usually about a week, for a total of 2-3 weeks.

Can I return an order?
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged when you receive them, which could be either from shipping or it was damaged during printing and the defect wasn’t noticed. Please contact us if this is the case, and send at least two pictures of the damage. We will contact Printful and provide the pictures as proof. We will provide the address to return the product to. We will have the printing company ship you a replacement.

Why can’t I return an order if I picked the wrong size or color?
Our printing company doesn’t allow returns if they did their job properly. On most orders, about 80-90% of the money goes to the printing company, about 3% goes to PayPal, and we collect the other 7 to 17%. We won’t get a refund from them and so we are not able to offer you a refund. We suggest using this as an opportunity to give it as a gift to someone you know who would enjoy it.
